(the "Product" ).or the services provided by us or our affiliates ("services"), and our practices in collecting, using, maintaining, sharing, protecting and disclosing this information.

This policy does not apply to products or services provided by third-party companies or individuals (hereinafter referred to as "third-party services"). 1. Definitions

1) Account: The account you log in to the APP will be registered on the platform or opened for you by the installer.

2) Personal information: shall have the same meaning as "personal data", and shall include any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); An identifiable person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, especially by reference to an identification number or one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physical, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. Examples of personal information include your name, phone number, email address, physical address, and payment information.

3) Personal Sensitive Information: it refers to personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation, etc., depending on the definition provided by applicable laws.

2. Information we collect, processing purpose and legal basis

Our products and/or services are provided by different carriers. APP and Cloud platform have different information collection. Please refer to the information collection terms corresponding to specific product/service functions.

1) Information collected during APP use

We may collect your personal information voluntarily provided or generated by using the APP through the following ways:

In order to ensure your normal use of the APP, maintain the security of operation and your account, the Operator may collect the information of your mobile device(s), i.e. unique device identifier (IMEI/Android ID), MAC address, IP address, operation logs, service logs information (such as service failure information, mobile device failure information, etc.) and other log information. Such information is the basic information that must be collected during the operation and function of the APP.

2)Permission to mobile device

When you use APP, you may need to enable the corresponding permissions. We will notify you through a pop-up window and get your consent. If you do not agree to enable the corresponding permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding services or functions, but this will not affect your normal use of other services or functions. These permissions include the following:

(1)Location information permission: after enabling location permission, you can use the map function to locate the current power station location for adding power stations; We may obtain your country through IP address to distinguish your country. When registering an installer, you need to obtain a country. If you cannot obtain it, it will affect your registration with the installer. Unable to obtain the location of the power station, which will only affect your location permissions, and will not affect your normal use.

(2)Camera/album permission: after enabling the camera/album permission, you can take or upload photos for the purpose of displaying your plant detail picture and user's avatar. Photos will not obtain your face data. Refusing to enable this permission will only make you unable to use the Plant detail picture and user's avatar uploading function normally; When you use the add collector scanning function, we will obtain your camera permission. Denying this permission will only limit your scanning function, but it will not affect your normal use of the APP and other functions of the device.

3) Information collected during the use of cloud platform

We may collect your personal information voluntarily provided or generated by using the cloud platform through the following ways:

In order to ensure your normal use of the Cloud platform, maintain the security of operation and your account, the Operator may collect the information of your mobile device(s), i.e. unique device identifier (IMEI/Android ID), MAC address, IP address, operation logs, service logs information (such as service failure information, mobile device failure information, etc.) and other log information. Such information is the basic information that must be collected during the operation and function of the Cloud platform.

When you use the local file import function, we will obtain your equipment picture and excel after you enable the storage permission for power station pictures, user avatars, and power station import. If you do not consent to our collection of the above information, you will not be able to use the local file import function.

4) Device permissions

When you use the cloud platform, you may need to enable the corresponding permissions. We will notify you through a pop-up window and get your consent. If you do not agree to enable the corresponding permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding services or functions, but this will not affect your normal use of other services or functions. These permissions include the following:

1. Location information permission: after enabling location permission, you can use the map function to locate the current power station location for adding power stations; We may obtain your country through IP address to distinguish your country. When registering an installer, you need to obtain a country. If you cannot obtain it, it will affect your registration with the installer. Unable to obtain the location of the power station, which will only affect your location permissions, and will not affect your normal use.

You can check the status of the above permissions item by item in the mobile device settings, and decide whether to enable or disable them at any time. Please note that when you install the APP in the mobile device, the above permissions will not be enabled by default. Before using your personal information to provide you with specific functions or services, we will obtain your explicit permission. You may revoke such license at any time, which may affect your use of specific features or services provided by us. Such withdrawal will not affect our previous processing of your personal information according to your permission.

In addition, if necessary, personal information may be processed without your consent for the following purposes:

(1) The treatment required to perform the contract or take measures according to your requirements before signing the contract;

(2) Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations;

(3) In order to protect the significant interests of the data subject or other natural persons, it must be processed;

(4) Processing necessary for the performance of tasks performed for the public interest or the exercise of authorized official powers;

(5) For the legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party, processing is necessary, unless such interests are overridden by the interests or basic rights and freedoms of the data subject required to protect personal data, especially when the data subject is a child.

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service is not listed in the above description and your personal information is collected, we may notify you of the content, scope and purpose of processing your personal information through pop-up windows, announcements, notice publishing or any other feasible way, and obtain your consent.

3. How do we share, transfer and disclose your personal information

1) Personal information sharing

We may share your personal information with other companies, organizations and individuals under the following circumstances:

(1) Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining the explicit consent of you or other data subjects corresponding to or related to the personal information you collect, provide and upload, we may share your personal information with other third parties.

(3) Share with SDK manufacturers: In order to provide you with a better, faster and more secure user experience and ensure stable operation, APP may embed third-party SDKs or similar technologies. Third party SDKs may collect your personal information to provide specific services. You can find detailed information about SDK and similar technologies in Section 9 SDK and Similar Technologies below.

2) Transfer of personal information

We may transfer your personal information to other companies, organizations and individuals under the following circumstances:

(1) Transfer upon express consent;

(2) In the event of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if you need to transfer your personal information, we will require the successor holding your personal information to continue to perform the obligations under this agreement. Otherwise, we will ask the successor to obtain the authorization and consent of you or other data subjects respectively.

3) Disclosure of personal information

According to relevant laws and regulations, we may disclose your personal information without prior consent under the following circumstances:

(1) Law based disclosure: comply with any court order, law or legal process, including responding to any request or investigation by any government or regulatory authority (for example, disclosure to prevent crime or fraud, or comply with court orders or laws);

(2) Handling public health emergencies, or protecting the health and property safety of natural persons in emergencies;

(3) Personal information is publicly disclosed by you, or other personal data that has been publicly disclosed within a reasonable range according to law;

4. How do we protect and store your personal information

1) Data security measures

(1) We will take all appropriate physical, electronic and management security measures to prevent the accidental loss of your personal information, as well as unauthorized access, use, change and disclosure. For example, we use encryption technology to improve the security of personal information, and use a trusted protection mechanism to prevent personal information from malicious attacks.

(2) We strongly recommend that you use a comprehensive and complex password to secure your account.

(3) In the event of personal information disclosure and other personal information security incidents, we will notify you and/or the competent regulatory authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations without delay, and publish announcements or any other feasible methods in a reasonable and effective manner by email, telephone, push notification, if feasible. We will inform you, including the basic situation and possible impact, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, and risk mitigation suggestions.

We have implemented and will continue to improve appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting and strengthening APP data security. For example, for secure transmission, some information can be directly encrypted in the mobile device. In addition, we will release updated versions of the APP from time to time. After the updated version, we will pop up the APP interface. If you do not update, you will not be able to use the APP. You can click Update Now or download and install the updated version through the mobile device's application market.

2) Retention of personal information

(1) Storage location

All data, including but not limited to "personal information", may be collected, generated and uploaded by applications, or may be provided to us when you download, install, register, log in or use applications, are stored on your mobile device or our server. Our servers are deployed in the European Union.

(2) Retention period

Unless the retention period is required or allowed to be extended by law, we will retain your personal information for no longer than the time required for the purpose specified by us. In order to determine the appropriate retention period of personal information, we may consider the quantity, nature and sensitivity of personal information, the potential risks of unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purpose for which we process your personal data, whether we can achieve these purposes in other ways, and applicable legal requirements.

5. Your rights

You can view and change your personal information by logging in to the application and visiting your account My page. If you cannot find your personal information, you can also contact us and request to access, correct or delete any personal information you provide to us. You can also object to or require us to limit the processing of your personal information. If we process your personal information based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Your legal rights are summarized as follows:

• Request access to your personal information (commonly referred to as "data subject access request"). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and check whether we are legally handling the information.

• Request to correct the personal information we hold about you. This enables you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you, although we may need to verify the accuracy of new data you provide us.

• Request to delete your personal information. This allows you to ask us to delete or delete your personal information if we do not have sufficient reason to continue processing it. This application is not applicable to children under the age of 16, or children of the same minimum age in relevant jurisdictions (see "children" or "children" below). We will not intentionally collect children's personal information.

Before using this APP and its embedded devices or services, children should obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardian ("guardian consent"), and complete the registration process with the help of your parents or legal guardian, so that you can use the APP and devices or services provided by us.

If we know that they have collected or received the personal information of children without the consent of the guardian, we will delete the personal information. If you think we may have any personal information from or about children, please contact us.

7. Policy Update

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time at our discretion. If we make significant changes to this policy, it will notify you to send alerts within the application when you first use the application after the change. The last revision date of this policy is at the top of the page. 8. SDk ,Cookie and similar technologies

1) To provide you with a better, faster and safer user experience and ensure the stable operation, the APP may be embedded in third parties SDK or similar technologies. SDKs are a collection of software development tools in one installable package, which allow third party developers to integrate with the APP for specific purposes (e.g., authentication, location). Third party SDKs may collect your Personal Information for provision of specific service.

We will evaluate the legality, legitimacy and necessity of the information collected by such third party, and requires third party to take protective measures for your Personal Information strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations. We shall timely explain to you the latest situation of the third-party SDK that collects your personal information in separate SDK list.
